Learn Keyboard & Piano
If piano is something you’ve thought about doing for some time, or you are self taught and want to expand your playing skill, then lessons are right for you. Whatever your music goals, keyboard lessons can move you toward your destination. Lessons at my studio focus on what each student wants to learn. Anyone can learn to play piano. With supportive and fun lessons, you’ll be motivated to learn to play.

Students
Students who are complete beginners as well as those who already play are always welcome. My studio is a comfortable place to learn to play music. You will get considerable results by relaxing and having a good time. Music should be a special and personal experience for every student. It can be a delightful way to add to your knowledge and appreciation of the world.

You will move forward at just the right pace, and never feel rushed. The lessons will be interesting and inspiring. We converse in plain language that is easy to understand. The mysteries of music transform into a clear foundation of basic concepts. My students are adults and kids of all ages and backgrounds. They each bring something unique to the lessons.

Learn Great Songs
There are so many wonderful pieces to play on piano, different styles and levels of complexity. You will find songs that are most exciting for you. There are many aspects of music that we can discuss. Besides reading music, perhaps you’ll want to learn to play by ear, try Blues improvisation, or acquire some new theory. If you sing or want to jam with friends, you can learn that. Popular, classical, blues, folk, jazz, electronic – it’s all fascinating to learn.

The Lessons
Every student has different interests in music. We will look to see what most appeals to you and design the lessons around that. As students progress, they communicate their interests, and the lessons move forward in this direction. Playing keyboards or piano can make a huge contribution to a person’s life in many way. The satisfaction and confidence of being able to play is immeasurable and contributes to the sense of joy.

The Studio
I teach private, individual lessons. This absolutely the best way to learn quickly. The attention you get in personalized lessons will vastly increase your rate of learning. My student’s time is precious, so I make sure we use that time wisely. What we do at the studio is practical and useful. There is no unnecessary memorizing or exercises. We will focus on what is practical to make you an accomplished player.
